Company Maintained Car
	Axact offers you a company maintained car, with fuel allowance. Car Maintenance: The vehicle's maintenance would be followed and executed by company's transport department. Fuel Allowance per month:

Mobile & Mobile Allowance
	Axact offers you a branded mobile phone with free post paid connection and monthly allowance. After a year of use, the company will provide you a new set. You will have the option of purchasing this set for personal use. Mobile Set: Approved Brand Mobile Allowance:

Mineral Water Bottles
	Safe and healthy drinking water for household consumption is provided to you on monthly basis. Just as we give our employees the best facilities and services at Axact, for manager level and above Axactians we offer the added benefit of mineral water bottles for home use. Mineral water bottles (6 gallons each):

Special Loan (UPS/Generator)
	Keeping in line with our commitment of ensuring luxurious lifestyle for all Axacitans, Axact offers interest free loan for UPS/Generator which could be paid back in easy monthly installments without having an impact on other chores of your life. UPS / Generator Loan: Rs. 30,000/-

Health Care Plan

Our comprehensive healthcare plan safeguards you against facing problems, should you or your family need medical treatment. Axact will bear the medical expenses as per the company policy. We have a wide panel of well known hospitals to ensure timely access and quality service for you, your spouse, kids and parents. This comprehensive healthcare plan also includes provision of an interest free loan for medical purposes and free hospital furniture. Hospital & Medical Care Annual Limit: Medical Coverage for self, spouse and dependent children Rs. 400,000/- each Medical Coverage for parents: Rs. 200,000/- each (For pre existing disease, 25% of total limit would apply) Medical Coverage for maternity: Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 95,000/-

Financial Support Plan

Accident or illness can financially ruin a family. In case of any mishap to you, your dependents will be entitled to fixed monthly financial support as per company policy. This will ensure that they will be able to have a regular source of income and will be free from financial worries. In case of death, since we cannot recover the loss of life, we make sure on our part that the financial support you were extending to your family still continues for a consistent time period. Leave Entitlement

Keeping this in mind we have a stage with an outstanding sound system for live performances, in the cafeteria. Salon

At Axact we have two state of the art salons, one each for our male and female Axactians. The snug seating arrangement, accompanied by soothing lighting sets a pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. Our salon chair is one of a kind; it can twist, turn, recline and rise with the touch of a button. You can avail a variety of free services such as haircuts, facials, massages etc from our professional groomers. -You can reserve 6 slots in a month to groom and refresh yourself at our salon.

	While enjoying delicious food we serve or in case you require a break, you can enjoy and at the same time stay in touch with latest news and watch sporting events on our 50" plasma TV screens, which are placed in the cafeteria - You can relax and enjoy using this facility anytime during the 24 hours

Cafeteria with Subsidized Food
	Axact's in-house Cafeteria offers 24 hours service, we serve a variety of main course dishes as well as fast food and desserts. You can enjoy your meals at subsidized rates in a 5 star setting. The menu is changed every quarter to make the best choices available for you. -You can enjoy delicious food at subsidized rates round the clock.

Prayer Hall & Ablution Area
	For your spiritual renewal, we have at Axact two air conditioned and capacious prayer halls with ablution areas attached - You can relax spiritually using this facility whenever you want.

Yacht
	Axact's iconic yacht is the epitome of luxury and elegance; you can enjoy departmental picnics on this modern and comfortable vessel which has a Jacuzzi, sun-lounger and fishing equipment. It also has a state of the art conference room, meeting room and theatre. -You can enjoy departmental picnics at Axact's iconic Yacht once a year.

Shower Room
	Rejuvenate yourself with a refreshing shower in our shower room. The ambience of this facility will soothe both your mind and body. You can choose from 4 different modes- rain, massage, jet and normal. - You can refresh using this service by reserving a half an hour slot daily.

Dreamworld Club Facility

Axactians are entitled to use the exclusive Dreamworld Club facility. The club facility ensures that while taking a break from work, Axactians can have an interactive and lively entertainment experience with their family that rejuvenate and recharges them. By utilizing the club facility Axactians are able to spend their vacation time indulging in their choice of recreational activity whether it is just lounging by the pool in the sun or bumping carts on the race track. -You can enjoy a thrilling day at Dreamworld with your friends and family four times a year.

Smoke Room
	Axact's infrastructure features two dedicated smoke rooms which can be utilized anytime you want; this saves your time and allows you to freshen up on the office premises. -You can use this facility anytime during your working hours.

Hut

Axact has an ultramodern hut by the seaside which can be used for different personal and departmental picnics once every year. Our modern hut has a spacious kitchen equipped with innovative appliances, a TV and DVD player with surround system for your entertainment. The powerful generator makes sure you can enjoy the hut fully without interruption -The hut can be the venue for your personal picnic twice a year.

Guest House
	Axact's guest house offers comfortable accommodation with modern design and style. Axactians staying late for work as well as those from outside Karachi can avail the guest house facility at all times and enjoy all the amenities available there. -You can avail this facility for a short break or a stay over.

Library
	Axact's well stocked library offers the ideal atmosphere for your reading pleasure. The facility is fully air conditioned and offers perfect lighting and comfortable seating to enrich the reading experience. Not only this, a collection of magazines and DVDs is also available for you to reserve and enjoy at home. -You can reserve half an hour slot daily.

Valet & Parking Service
	At Axact we offer 24 hours valet service which sets you free from the hassle of parking your car. Your car will be parked in Axact's safe and secure parking area and will be made available to you whenever you would like to leave. -You can use this facility whenever you want to park/receive your car.

On-site Clinic
	Axact has setup an in-house clinic where you can get prompt and effective medical attention from an experienced and highly qualified physician. -You can reserve your appointment and avail this facility.

My Axact Shop

On-site ATM Facility
	To provide our employees with hassle-free, safe and secure ATM services, we have installed an automated teller machine in the basement of Axact House. The facility will help Axactians save their precious time and offer them unmatched convenience. -You can use the ATM whenever you need to withdraw cash or for any other related services.

Kids Recognition Program
	Axact has an excellent recognition system which not only appreciates and rewards Axactians' performances but also cherishes the achievements made by their kids in academic and extra-curricular activities. -The top performing kids are recognized in the Team Meet event held annually.

Personal Calls/Mails

At Axact, every Axactian has a dedicated extension number where they can receive their messages and calls. Through the soft phone technology, they can use their extension directly from their PC. Axactians are also provided with an email address for communication with their colleagues and friends. As far as physical mails are concerned, Axactians can have their mails delivered right at their work stations by our public relations officers. -You can have your calls attended and mail received anytime during the 24 hours.

Picnics
	As an Axactian you can biannually enjoy departmental picnics to scenic locations in the city. The picnic is free of cost and Axact provides all the services you require –food, transport, entertainment etc to ensure that you and your colleagues have a great time. -You can avail these fun picnics with your colleagues twice a year

Shoe Cleaning
	For your convenience, we have our very own shoe cleaning machine and using this machine you can brush, polish or dust your shoes. -You can use the machine any time you need to clean your shoes.
