Axact, following its tremendous success streak, continues to expand and has now opened its frontiers to the capital city of Islamabad, with the launch of its 3rd new office in Pakistan.
Axact House is an iconic and well known building of Karachi; soon the capital city will be able to boast its very own Axact office. Axact is constructing its Islamabad office which will become Islamabad's largest IT infrastructure.
At present for its Islamabad operations, Axact is using a rented office located in the Saudi Pak Tower on the Jinnah Avenue in the prestigious Blue Area. Axact started doing business out of Islamabad in 2009, when it felt a need to have a presence in the city to service its business growth. The present main office in Karachi Axact House was opened in 2007.
The construction which will begin in July 2011, is being led by Axact's infrastructure department. A team of 29 people from the department are working on the project including 4 officers at leadership level and 25 at resource level.
The building has been designed by Axact's infrastructure department in association with prominent DHA approved architects and engineers from Karachi and Islamabad.
The 7 floor complex will spread over a vast area of 14,000 sq ft and will be located in the city's commercial and residential hub DHA, on the historic GT Road. The building will have a capacity to house more than 700 people and will be equipped with a state of the art boardroom and training room.
At present people hired for the Islamabad operations, travel to the Karachi office for orientation and training. To ensure smooth work operations and comfort, the complex will have a back-up generator as well as a ground level and roof level fuel tank. The new office will be equipped with all the latest technology in terms of data and voice networking and connectivity.
Following Axact's sound philosophy of providing a lifestyle not just a job, the Islamabad office staff will be provided with most of the excellent facilities that are enjoyed by Axact employees in Karachi. Namely a recreation area, modern movie theatre with HD viewing, cafeteria with in- house chefs and an extensive menu, gaming zone including both indoor games as well as LAN gaming, salon offering facial massages in addition to haircuts, gymnasium (with a personal trainer) and a prayer hall.
