The Human Resource Leader at Axact recruits, trains and helps improve employees. You will ensure the effective management of their lifestyle at Axact. You will be responsible for carrying out all the activities involved in the recruitment life cycle including managing screening, short listing, scheduling tests, interviews, assessment sessions and other inter-related recruitment procedures.
You will be responsible for the management of cash and non-cash components of the remuneration package offered to all the employees across the organization, administration and management of employees' career growth and development, maintenance of complete employee records, assurance of employees' compliance with company policies, management of bi-annual growth and communication across the organization.
You will be responsible for developing training materials such as training presentations and different course material for work-related trainings in coordination with domain experts and other general trainings in coordination with the management and conducting interactive training sessions in innovative and unique technological ways. You will also coach, mentor and counsel Axactians.
You will be responsible for coordinating timely performance closure, bonus/incentive review and generation, growth review and verification, coordinating for recognition finalization and announcements, coordinating with departments for Celebration charts.
You will communicate with prospective candidates throughout the recruitment life cycle (scheduling for test, interviews, offers, document verification and appointment scheduling). You will also be responsible for information gathering and attracting prospective candidates and manage gestures.
